Pro Series - 2 August 2022 Spiceworks Originals.I'm pretty sure the thing that fixed it was the sfc /scannow since it was affecting Edge as well, and clearing the browser wouldn't fix that. ![]() After this, she was able to download files. At the same time, I cleared out the Chrome browser history (~26,000 items), download history, and cache (only 300 MB). I ran the sfc /scannow and it found some corrupted files and repaired them. I ran a chkdsk c: and it indicated no issues. If she was working in office, I would blow away her local profile and let the network recreate her profile, but this isn't going to work that way since she is doing remote access from home. Her using another profile isn't an option. I did just realize that when I try as the local admin, it works successfully. It is specifically only when downloading a file - any file, from any website - that she has the issue. The user can browse the internet reliably all day long. ![]()
